Shipping Times

Belt sales in general (retail/wholesale) are very volatile. Inventory is depleted quickly, styles are changing quickly and catalogues wether online or printed, quickly become dated. It is near impossible to maintain every style, color and size 24/7. However we try, there is always something we are temporarily out on or awaiting re-stock.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.

Please be aware of the following when placing your order.

• Some items may take up to 5 business days before shipping. This is in addition to transit times.
• Out-of-stock items are automatically placed on back-order and the customer is notified by email or telephone.
• In multiple order, the items in stock will ship first and the balance of the back-order when the item re-stocks.
• In the event that an order goes past 14 days without notice, we will refund the customer and ship the order free of charge when the item re-stock.
• We want you to be happy and have a pleasant experience with us, so there are other remedies that we may take at our discretion in order to guarantee your satisfaction with us.
• All orders are shipped via US Postal service, United Parcel Service or FedEx Ground Service. Whichever service you decide to use, we will generate a shipping confirmation that will include a specific tracking or confirmation number specific to your order. Please be sure to have "Sales@Beltplanet.com" listed in your address book or make your spam filter or junk mail filter is aware of this address. This will prevent the notification from being trashed when it is sent to you.

 

 

Overnight or Next Day Orders

We currently do not offer overnight shipping because some items may be out of stock at time of order.

Overnight shipping is extremely expensive and we would like to prevent customers from paying for a service that may not apply.

We are working on offering express shipping on a per item basis. This means that items that are immediately available will bear an express ship tag.
