All merchandise sold on Beltplanet is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects or poor workmanship.

• 90 Day - No questions asked return policy.
• Merchandise must be returned in reasonable condition.
• Merchandise must be free of obvious neglect or improper care.
• Please allow up to 14 days for refunds or credits to your account. (Average time is 3-5 days).

 

Exchanges, Refunds and Credits. The DO's

Please follow the guideline below when returning your purchase for exchange, credit or refund.

• DO: Merchandise must be securely packaged and returned in a sturdy shipping carton.
• DO: Include your Invoice number or order number, your name and address.
• DO: Include a brief note describing the reason for the return (not necessary but helpful to us).
• DO: Use The US Postal service if possible. Our returns are collected at a PO Box.
• DO: Allow up to 14 days for your credit or refund to be executed. (Average time is 3-5 days).

• DON'T: Use an envelope to ship merchandise.
• DON'T: Place merchandise loose in a shipping carton without cushioning or protection from carton walls.
• DON'T: Handwrite the address on the packaging surface. Use a proper label.
• DON'T: Re-use the original shipping pack if there are visible signs of wear and tear.
