Usually we ship within 3 business days. However due to the fact that we may be out of stock on certain items at times it can take up to 10 business days to ship your items.

BeltPlanet.com stands behind it's product. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our product, we will exchange your merchandise to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Policy

• If you wish to exchange your merchandise, please call 800-609-BELT within 30 days of receiving your order.


• If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging.


• Send the box to us via UPS or insured mail to the address below.


• We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D.


• After 30 days we will charge a 30% restocking fee for any returned items.
